Shipping & returns

Shipping

All orders received on weekdays before 4 p.m. will be shipped the same day. During busy periods the shipment may take a day extra. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will take this into account if possible. Orders are delivered within:

UK 2-4 business days
Ireland: 3-5 business days

Occasionally a small part of the orders experience delayed delivery uptill 2 weeks after shipment. 

Returns

If you want to exchange or return something, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. We kindly ask you to use the following procedure:

1. Log in to your account and select the relevant order from which you want to return items and click on view.
2. You will now be taken to the overview of the relevant order. Click on the "return items" button at the bottom right to create the return shipment.
3. You will enter a screen where you can indicate which products will be returned. This is done by specifying the quantity in the drop-down menu. Leave products you want to keep at 0.
4. The next step is to indicate why the relevant products are being returned. At Reason and Action you can choose from the return reasons or choose the option "Other, namely ..." . You can enter your own reason here.
5. Click on "send".
6. Make sure that the items are returned in their original condition and undamaged in waterproof packaging. You can use the same envelope in which you received your order. In that case, do not forget to delete your own address and clearly state the address of yourlittlemiss.com. Do not forget to mention your order number on a paper enclosed with the order!
7. After notification, return the package within 14 days to:

8. The amount of your returns including shipping will be refunded to your account within 14 days. (This does not apply to the shipping costs of your return)
